Welcome to the home page of the Mountaineer Hang Gliding Association.

Our members are addicted to flying. We spend a minimum amount of time talking about it and a maximum amount of time doing it. Our annual meeting is in December when you can expect the worst flying weather, although we have skied out on this day. We have two semi-organized fly-ins a year: Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend when we gather near the famous Seneca Rocks in West-by-God-Virginia. During the rest of the year, if it's looking flyable, you can expect us to be on the hill, poised for takeoff.
